The Process
Call
Fill in the contact form below and lets schedule an initial conversation to get to know each other better and discuss expectations, goals, and boundaries.
If you’ve already identified specific challenges feel free to send me a note ahead of time so I can make sure our call is tailored to your needs.
Plan
During our call we’ll set clear and achievable goals to work towards, taking into account the needs and aspirations you’ve identified and any others that arise as we talk.
We’ll create and agree a schedule, prioritising each goal and working through in a sequence that best suits your needs.
I’ll set up a shared document with the plan and timeline and a resource centre for you to access between calls.
Grow
Regular 50 minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly over an agreed period to check-in and discuss progress, challenges, and adjustments to goals or strategies as needed.
If priorities shift - as they will - we’ll reassess together and adjust course accordingly.
I’ll provide constructive feedback, be a sounding board and a cheerleader to support your growth and help you stay on track.
